This website is a reflection of my journey, a place where I can share my approach to yoga, wellbeing and the practices that support a healthy, grounded life.
I am deeply grateful for my beautiful family who keep me grounded, and remind me every day what matters the most, and how to value simplicity, connection and wellbeing.
Through my yoga teaching, and health coaching practice, I hope to support others in building a healthy life - one that feels strong, calm and sustainable.

I definitely feel now I'm able to do more things without getting tired too quickly. I definitely feel now I'm able to do more things without getting tired too quickly. On Sunday in the garden, I managed to dig a hole and put a plant in, which I wasn't able to do even, like, a few weeks ago. Without the support I wouldn't even have considered a diet change could make such a difference. I felt like switching to a ketogenic diet gave me more energy.
I’ve also applied for flexible working for six months, keeping my work to 5 hours a day and leaving that space to increase my leisure and exercise and recovery activities. Without Claire, I wouldn't even have considered it. It’s really valuable to have another person who helps you to focus on your recovery.
The goal setting was good. It helps me feel in control. It's very clear that this is self guided and for example so one of my small goals was to find a place to go to in nature and I just haven't been able to do it because I've been unwell and I haven't pushed myself. The goal setting helped me to find alternatives, like just going into the garden, which is amazing.

I used to be fit and ate well but I now realise that my body isn’t processing carbs like it used to so cutting them down has helped my stomach and I think it has helped a bit with energy. Though I still need to sleep a lot and pace all activities but I can definitely do more than previously. I spent 5 days in London visiting my cousin and my son and I could go to theme parks and days out. It’s a relief to feel a bit better, like recovery is possible.
Speaking to Claire every week was so helpful - she really helped me realise that I am recovering and helped with managing my emotions - a couple of calls were really difficult as I was upset when I started talking about how I was feeling but Claire was so encouraging and supportive.

My experience with Claire has been a positive one in all aspects, she took the time to listen to what it was that I was wanting to achieve and then she suggested that we co-create a plan to achieve my goals in the long and short term, she said it was important to have short term achievable goals to keep myself motivated - so we looked at my exercise in that it needed to be easily done each day or at least every second day, my healthy eating goals were addressed and how i managed a few long-lasting food swops that would in the longterm give me more energy.
I felt truly heard, I was given work sheets that captured all I needed to remember and also Claire kept reminding me that small steps were the way forward for me.
I had so much support and companionship along this journey and I cannot recommend Claire enough - she is just so encouraging and realistic at the same time and helped me to take a real good look at my life and to make the changes that would suit me and that I would be able to maintain a longterm and steady relationship with myself towards better health all round.
